Platinum Profile

Who we are

An operator.Not an anonymous agency.

Platinum Profile's fulfillment is run by Logan Jack and his team — deepest in personal injury, at home with every local business, serving clients nationwide. Fifteen years of experience helping personal injury law firms and local service businesses win the map. The person who built the delivery process is the person running your profile.

At most agencies, the people in the pitch aren't the people in the work. Here, the operator who built the process runs your profile.

This site is the delivery side of Platinum Profile. Logan Jack and his team built the fulfillment process, run the profiles, make the data-driven decisions, and write the reports — no layers between the person accountable and the work.

The operator

The person who runs the work

What follows is the real background — years inside personal injury firms, businesses run first-hand. Current clients stay unnamed: discretion is part of the service. One story is public, because Logan wrote it down the week it ended.

The background

Logan has worked in marketing since 2012 and in legal marketing — Google Business Profiles included — since 2018. Three years in-house as marketing director at Williams Hart in Houston — one of the biggest trial firms in the country. Two more as marketing director, on contract, for Kherkher Garcia.

Along the way he has built dozens of websites for personal injury firms and local service businesses, and managed more than $13 million in ad spend — so he understands local rankings from every side: the website, the ads, and the Google Business Profile.

He has also owned and run his own review-driven local businesses — the kind that live or die on a Google listing. He knows what a one-star review costs because he's absorbed one.

The Houston rebuild

When Logan took over marketing at Williams Hart, the firm's Google listing had 13 reviews and a 3.2-star rating — a firm that has recovered billions for its clients looked, on the map, like one you'd scroll past. By the time he left — on great terms, to found his own marketing agency — he had architected its climb to 245 reviews at 4.9 stars, and documented the numbers publicly on his way to the next chapter. He remains deeply grateful for those years — especially the experience of leading the firm's internal marketing team — and holds enormous respect for the people of Williams Hart.

That rise wasn't luck, and it wasn't ads — he managed those budgets too, which is exactly why he'd rather work the map, where the clicks cost nothing. It was a system: earn the reviews the right way, respond to every one, and give Google a profile it can trust. The same system Platinum Profile runs today.

The long way here

Logan didn't arrive at marketing through a marketing degree. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from Texas A&M University, worked three legislative sessions at the Texas Capitol in the non-partisan legislative process, and cut his teeth in grassroots civic campaigns — directing tens of thousands of door knocks and phone calls, and personally making thousands more. That's where he learned persuasion at scale: how one message lands with a real person deciding in the moment.

Before that, and alongside it, came the trades. Logan grew up blue collar, working residential custom high-end construction with his dad — a trim carpenter by high school, cutting to the 32nd of an inch. That's where he learned that accuracy and precision matter, and that the work deserves to be taken seriously. The rest of the résumé earned the same way: heavy equipment operator, mover, metal-fabrication shop, long days under the Texas heat. He waited tables too, and learned what real service and hospitality feel like from the customer's side of the plate. He went on to run his own review-driven local service companies, so he has stood on both sides of a Google listing: the owner watching a one-star review land, and the marketer rebuilding a reputation from it. That range is why the work transfers cleanly from a personal injury firm to a plumber, a roofer, a remodeling contractor, a moving company, an oil-and-gas consultant, or an RV park.

He has worked in marketing since 2012 — fifteen years — and in legal marketing since 2018. Today he runs Platinum Profile's fulfillment alongside a small operator team, serving firms and local businesses nationwide. The delivery process he built is run by the person who built it.

The life behind the work

Three years ago, Logan and Missy pointed a diesel Ford out of Texas with a 40-foot fifth wheel behind it and two little boys inside. Their third son was born on the road, in Pennsylvania — the family grew to three boys under five without ever pulling over for long. Today the truck is an F-450; the miles earned the upgrade. The plan was simple and enormous at the same time: build the business from the road, and be present with the boys while they're young enough to want shoulders to ride on.

Platinum Profile is a husband-and-wife team at its core. Logan and Missy — Melissa, Dr. Jack if you're being formal — have worked side by side that whole way, building the marketing operation and raising a family inside the same life. Missy holds a doctorate in athletic training and a master's in health education, and she is an outstanding member of the team: extraordinary organization, clear communication, and a tasteful eye for design that shows up in the work clients see.

The road has delivered. Thirty-eight national parks — 32 in the United States, 6 in Canada. Forty-four states: California to Maine, Washington to Florida, across the continental divide more than nine times. They have peered into the Grand Canyon and stood atop some of the highest peaks in the country. They have hauled 20,000 pounds up and down 12% mountain grades, and changed more than one flat tire on the shoulder — all while filming and photographing the wild places and iconic wildlife of North America.

The boys have played on the Capitol lawn and run the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. The family has climbed the Statue of Liberty, hiked around Mount Rushmore, rolled down stretches of Route 66, and eaten great barbecue region by region — the cultures of cooking and Americana you only find on the open road. What it all adds up to is a profound appreciation for the beauty of the United States, and for the local businesses that keep every one of those towns running.

Presence is the point. Showing up and caring about the work in front of you — not hamstrung by perfection, pursuing excellence daily — and valuing the people who matter the whole way through: family, friends, and every client we're grateful for the opportunity to serve.

The life is also the proof. The operation was built cloud-first and runs from anywhere — blazing-fast Starlink internet powers the work life on the road, the machines keep watch around the clock, and the operator shows up present: for the work, and for the people it serves.

Who does the work

Every Platinum Profile engagement is fulfilled by Logan and his team: the same people who built the process run the profiles, make the data-driven calls, and write the reports.

That team includes frontier AI — and not as a buzzword. Logan operates an Anthropic Claude agent harness, a dedicated Hermes AI agent, and Cloudflare AI infrastructure running around the clock in the cloud: agentic systems scanning 49-point ranking grids, auditing websites and profiles with the latest SEO and keyword-analysis tooling, watching every change Google makes, and mining live search data. It is a frontier-grade stack most agencies haven't seen yet — with an operator's judgment on top of every output. The machines do the watching; the decisions stay human.

That stack was earned, not bought. We have researched, analyzed, and tested the best-ranking Google Business Profiles and websites in the personal injury and local service space — crawling tens of thousands of reviews and running deep keyword and sentiment analysis to understand both the technical machinery of ranking and what consumers actually feel when they choose. And when the work calls for it, we pressure-test content before it ships — using techniques like juries of peers, panels of experts, and mixtures of AI agents to challenge and sharpen what we've built. The result is a compounding body of knowledge, AI skills, and purpose-built tools behind every engagement.

Our specialty

Deepest in personal injury. At home with every local business.

Our deepest specialty is personal injury law — the market we know from the inside, where the map is the whole game and the rules are strictest. But the playbook is the same for any business whose customers choose from the map: law firms of every practice area, and local, geo-focused service businesses are right at home here.

Compliance

Bar-safe. Policy-safe. By design.

Legal advertising is regulated, and so is Google's map. We operate inside both rule sets on every profile and every change — because a bar complaint or a suspended listing costs a firm more than any ranking gain is worth. Three commitments come standard.

We do the work — you read the report

Posts, review responses, and profile edits are handled for you, driven by data rather than guesswork — no approval queues slowing the profile down. Everything we change shows up in your monthly plain-English report.

Bar advertising compliance

Everything published to your profile is written to American Bar Association and state bar advertising rules, so the listing keeps you in compliance — which includes never promising outcomes or results.

Inside Google's guidelines

No purchased reviews, no keyword-stuffed business names, no tactics that put the listing at risk of suspension. A suspended profile produces nothing — the fastest way to lose the map is to cheat it.
