It takes about two minutes, your firm stays the owner, and you can revoke access at any time. The three pathways below cover wherever you manage your profile from.
The ask

A note on safety: we will only ever ask you to grant access to exactly contact@platinumprofile.com — this address, on this page. If anyone asks you to grant profile access to a different address claiming to be Platinum Profile, don't grant it — forward the request to us instead.
Three ways to grant it
Pick whichever screen you're already on
Google surfaces profile management in three places, and they all lead to the same "People and access" screen. Any one of these works — use whichever matches how you normally touch your listing.
From Google Search (desktop)
- Sign in to Google with the account that manages your Business Profile.
- Search your firm's name, and your Business Profile panel appears.
- Open the three-dot menu (or "Edit profile") → Business Profile settings → "People and access."
- Choose Add, enter contact@platinumprofile.com, set the role to Manager, and send the invite.
From the Google Maps app (phone)
- Open Google Maps signed in as the profile owner and tap your business.
- Tap the profile menu → Settings → "People and access."
- Tap Add, enter contact@platinumprofile.com, choose Manager, and send the invite.
From business.google.com
- Go to business.google.com and sign in with the owning account.
- Select your business, then open Settings → "People and access."
- Add contact@platinumprofile.com as a Manager and send the invite.

Is granting manager access safe?
Yes. Your firm remains the owner of the profile; a manager can edit the listing, publish posts, and respond to reviews, but cannot remove the owner or delete the profile. You can revoke our access at any time from the same "People and access" screen.
What if I don't know who owns our profile?
Very common — profiles often end up owned by a former employee, a web vendor, or an old marketing agency. Send the assist form on this page and we'll locate the listing, identify the ownership situation, and walk you through recovering or transferring control. We've done it many times.
Why is access the only thing you need?
Because everything else is already public. Your website and your existing listing tell us most of what an onboarding form would ask, and reading them carefully is our job, not yours. Once access is granted, we start the work and ask only the few questions we genuinely can't derive.
