Who we are

Platinum Profile ("we," "us," or "our") is a marketing agency providing Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO management for personal injury law firms and other businesses that depend on inbound calls. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit https://platinumprofile.com (the "Website") or engage our services. "Platinum Profile," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Logan Jack LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Platinum Profile. PlatinumProfile.com is a brand of Logan Jack LLC.

Information we collect and where it comes from

Information you provide

  • Audit and contact requests: name, business name, business location, Google Business Profile link, email address, and phone number.
  • Client intake form: business name and address, service areas, contact details, listing phone numbers, website URL, Google Business Profile account email, practice areas, and any notes you choose to share.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as Social Security numbers or financial account information through this Website.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser type and settings
  • Pages visited and time spent on the Website
  • Device type and operating system
  • Referring website or source

Bot protection on our forms is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals to distinguish people from bots. See the Cookie Policy for details on cookies and similar technologies.

How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries, audit requests, and intake submissions
  • Provide and improve our services and this Website
  • Analyze Website traffic and performance
  • Ensure security and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

Client business data and Google APIs

When a client engages Platinum Profile to manage its Google Business Profile, we access and manage that profile through Google's Business Profile interfaces and APIs, using delegated Manager access the client grants to our account. Our handling of data obtained through Google APIs follows Google's Business Profile API policies:

  • Purpose limitation: business profile data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide the services the client has contracted — listing information management, posts and updates, review responses, and performance monitoring — and never for advertising, resale, or any external aggregation.
  • Retention: content obtained through Google APIs is cached no longer than 30 days; we re-fetch fresh data rather than store it beyond that window.
  • Security: API-sourced data is stored securely, with access limited to the team members serving that client. Account credentials are never shared.
  • Authorization: we respond to reviews or questions on a client's behalf only with the client's written authorization, and we notify clients of material profile changes.
  • Offboarding: when an engagement ends, we remove our access and delete API-sourced client data within 7 business days of the request.

Google's own handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

How we share information

We share personal information only in limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: hosting/CDN, security, and email providers that help operate this Website and our services, bound to protect your data.
  • Legal compliance: if required by law, court order, or legal process.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not currently deploy third-party advertising pixels on this Website. If that changes, this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated first, and the "Do Not Sell or Share" mechanisms described below apply.

How we protect information

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No internet transmission is 100% secure — please avoid submitting highly sensitive information through online forms.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to: know and access the personal information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; obtain a portable copy; opt out of targeted advertising, sale/sharing, and certain profiling; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We extend these rights to all visitors regardless of state.

How to exercise them

Submit a request by (1) emailing contact@platinumprofile.com or (2) using the form on our contact page. We respond within 45 days and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Appeals

If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line. If your appeal is denied, residents of Virginia, Colorado, Texas, and other states with appeal rights may contact their state attorney general.

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. When your browser sends GPC, we treat it as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising for that browser.

Cookies and tracking technologies

See the Cookie Policy for what this Website sets and how to control it.

Data retention

  • Form submissions and lead records: retained while we evaluate or serve the engagement and for as long as reasonably useful thereafter for our business records, then deleted.
  • Google API-sourced client data: cached no longer than 30 days (see "Client business data and Google APIs" above).
  • Security and server logs: retained per our providers' standard rotation periods.

Children

This Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes and contact

We will update the date above when this policy changes; continued use of the Website after changes signifies acceptance. Questions or requests: contact@platinumprofile.com.
