More visibility. More volume.Better calls.

We grow your surface area on Google — the number of searches you appear in and the keywords you rank for — then tune it for quality, so the profile produces the calls that become cases, or customers, instead of noise. What follows is measured account data from real engagements, anonymized because discretion is part of the service.

Why it matters

A Google Business Profile has three jobs

Most firms treat the listing as a directory entry. It's actually working three jobs at once — and a firm feels the results, or the absence of them, in all three.

The trust signal behind every channel

Before anyone calls from a referral, a billboard, a TV spot, or an ad, they Google the firm's name — and land on the profile. Its rating, its reviews, and its activity are the credibility check every other marketing dollar has to pass through.

A direct source of clients

Map-pack searchers are people who need you now, searching in the moment, choosing whom to call. Top-three listings earn roughly 93% more calls, clicks, and direction requests than positions 4–10 (SOCi, 2024) — and every one of those clicks costs $0.

An asset inside your Google Ads

Ads and the profile are wired together: location assets, ratings context, and the trust a searcher feels before clicking all come from the listing. A strong profile makes every paid dollar work harder; a weak one quietly taxes the whole account.

A working case study

One profile, measured for you

A personal injury firm in a competitive Midwestern market came to us with a reputation its clients loved and a listing that under-declared it: imprecise categories, only a fraction of its practice areas declared as services, four out of five reviews sitting unanswered, and little activity for Google to read as a living business.

We corrected the categories against how injured people actually search, roughly doubled the declared services — each one a new search surface the firm can match — cleared the response backlog to 100%, coached the firm's own team on earning reviews from the clients they serve, and added Spanish-language signals the market was already searching for. Every choice came from measured search data; in this market, a single word swap in one target term was worth 24× the search volume.

178 → 198

reviews, with the rating rising 4.7 → 4.8

31 vs 1

new reviews in 90 days — versus one in the same month a year earlier

20% → 100%

of all reviews answered, entire backlog cleared

~2×

the declared services on the listing — every one a new search surface

Visibility followed: across the case types we track on 49-point geo-grid scans, the profile now shows in Google's top three map results at roughly eight out of ten measured points — with two case types near-perfect across the grid and one practice area ranked #1 citywide. And in a single recent month, the profile alone produced:

103

phone calls

106

website clicks

50

directions

Every number above comes straight from the account's own data and our measured scans — the same numbers the firm sees in its monthly report.

The cleanest comparison

Two offices. Same firm. One difference.

A multi-office law firm brought us two of its locations as a proof of concept. Same firm, same brand, same market — the only variable was the review system we run. In the first month:

Office A — system running

+13 reviews

Twelve of them five-star. Every review — new and backlogged — answered, a 100% response rate from day one.

Office B — not yet on the system

+1 review

The firm's normal pace, at an office we hadn't started on yet. Same brand. Same month.

Thirteen to one, inside one firm, in one month. Review velocity is the single strongest growth lever a profile has — and it responds fast when someone actually works it.

The ceiling

A personal injury firm we previously managed signed more than 70% of its organic cases directly through its Google Business Profile. Not the website. Not ads. The map.

Measured across the profile's Google Business Profile insights and the firm's intake tracking during the engagement. That's what the channel looks like fully won: the profile stops being a directory entry and becomes the front door most signed cases actually walk through. It's the ceiling we manage every profile toward.

The scoreboard

Measured, not promised

We write everything to American Bar Association and state bar advertising rules, which means no outcome guarantees — and we wouldn't make them anyway. What we do instead is measure, monthly, the three things a profile can actually be held accountable for.

Website clicks

How many searchers clicked through from the profile to the site — increasingly the headline metric as Google shrinks the call button and calls decline across industries.

Calls & direction requests

The profile's direct production: people who called from the listing, and people who asked Google how to get to your office — intent that's hard to fake.

Search visibility

Where the profile actually ranks across the firm's real service area, measured with a 49-point geo-grid scan per practice area rather than a single spot-check.

Why the firms stay unnamed: our clients compete in winner-take-most local markets, and broadcasting who they are — and what's working — would hand their playbook to the firms they're beating. Discretion is part of the service.
